Veolia Environmental Services Precommissioning Services (OPS) has developed patented equipment that can prove system cleanliness on water (Boiler) Steam Systems in newly constructed powerplants. OPS can discharge large volumes of air that generates high velocities through patented "Noise Reduction Spools" that do no restrict the flow in the permanent piping systems. Systems can be proved clean without firing the CT or waiting for the CT. It saves CT fuel cost, with many other benefits.
