Trenchless Spot Repair

When pipe inspection reveals a localized structural defect due to excess loading conditions, corrosion, an offset joint, or poor initial construction, Structural Spot Repair (SPR) provides an effective, cost-saving remedy. We clean the affected area and pull SPR into place through an existing manhole. SPR is then cured by inflating the SPR with air, steam, or water. Within minutes the customized resin crosslinks to form a hard, impermeable pipe and produce a strong, smooth-flowing pipeline. A benefit of this process is that flows are not normally disrupted during repair.
