Hydro Cleaning

Hydro Cleaning is the backbone of the pipeline maintenance industry. Water is pumped through a hose with an attached nozzle and the pipeline is scoured with the resulting flow and pressure. Equipment varies in flow rates, pressure ranges, and hose lengths.

Flows range from as small as 3 gpm for the lateral cleaners to 150 gpm for the large line cleaners. Pressures range from 2000 psi in the small line machines to over 10,000 psi for removing hard-scale deposits and foreign objects. Hose lengths can vary from a short 20‑foot whip hose to 3,000 feet for the long reaches.

We have a fleet of hydro cleaning trucks of different sizes that can clean lines from 2-inch round pipe to 8-foot square boxes.
